GTSG QuickMap

The GTSG-QuickMap tool provides fast insertion site information for experienced scientists. Information such as hit gene, next gene, SINE, LINE, CpG and their distance to the insertion site will be calculated automatically.

  1. Enter your e-mail address.
  2. Specify the genome against blast will run.
  3. Enter your insertion site sequences in FASTA format.
Be sure that your sequence's first (5') base is the base flanking the vector and that the sequences do not contain any vector/adapter/linker residues. If so, you might want to use the IntegrationSeq tool to trim your sequences prior to QuickMap submission. To preview QuickMap output files download an example MapperReport and AnalyzerReport or see the QuickMap user guide for additional information, help, and troubleshooting.
